In this video we can see how it is possible to open the trunk of an Opel/Vauxhall Mokka even without using the remote control. Of course, using the dedicated button on the remote control is the simplest system, but let's say we have the remote control in our purse and our hands are full and we can't search for it inside; this system is much simpler: there is a small button located above the license plate, in the protruding part of the bumper, but quite inside compared to it. By pressing it (and of course we must have the key with us) the trunk will open without needing to search for the remote control.
