To lower the rear seats on an Opel Karl for extra space in the cabin, first press the lever located on the seat back, allowing the seat back to fall forward and rest on the seat base. Repeat the same steps for the other rear seats next to it. Remove the headrests from the rear seats to ensure the seat back fits behind the front seat back.

Finally, remove the rear panel located in the boot.
