Today, I will explain how to independently adjust the handbrake on the Opel Corsa model 2. To carry out these simple steps, get into the vehicle, sit in the driver's seat, and remove the protective cover of the handbrake mechanism. After gaining access to the mechanism, tighten the nut on the lever using a torque wrench.

Adjust the handbrake and periodically test its firmness. Once you reach the desired level, reinstall the protective cover of the mechanism and finally test the handbrake's functionality by starting the vehicle's engine.

If the handbrake warning light comes on, it will be necessary to visit a workshop.
