In this video we will see how to adjust the handbrake of the Opel Corsa: when, as in this case, the handbrake range is as much as seven clicks, then it is necessary to reduce it. This is a very simple operation, which is practically the same on all vehicles with a mechanical handbrake. We need to remove the cover above the lever (and this is the only operation that differs from car to car) and then locate the bolt that tightens the cable that goes to the rear brakes. We tighten it until the lever reaches the play we want to give it: usually it is about three/four clicks at most. We can put the cover back in place.
