See how to change the brakes on an Opel Antara: lift the car and remove the wheel, then disconnect the brake line, loosen the pistons with a lever (they need to be pushed back to make space for the new pads). Remove the caliper by unscrewing the nut, and then use a hook to hang the caliper from the suspension spring. Now remove the disc by unscrewing the fixing screw, clean the disc support, and install the new one: take care not to touch the treated anti-rust surface. Secure the caliper support with nuts at 100 Nm, insert the new pads, applying copper grease to the shims, ensuring it does not get on the friction surfaces. Reassemble the caliper, tightening the nuts to 44 Nm. It is advisable to bleed the system before remounting the wheel, then you can move to the other side. The first braking should be "progressive" to allow the pads to settle.
