In this video, see how to remove the outer mirror cap on an Opel Zafira. Using a plastic-coated lever, pry between the perimeter of the mirror frame and the cap. Pry until the plastics of the cap detach from the mirror (this is a very delicate operation as the plastics may break). Unscrew the screws with a screwdriver to remove the mirror, and replace the damaged part with the new one. Ensure the locking clips of the plastic cap engage with the supports of the mirror.
