The procedure to reset the service light on an Opel Insignia B is simple and quick; you can observe it in the selected tutorial video. Get in the vehicle, press the start/stop button without pressing the brake, to turn on the ignition without starting the engine. Use the buttons on the steering wheel to navigate through the menu options, select 'Vehicle', then 'Maintenance/Service'; continue by selecting 'Reset Maintenance Interval' (or 'Reset Engine Oil') and press 'OK' to confirm. You will see a confirmation message on the display. Switch off and restart the ignition to check that the light has disappeared.
