How to replace the injectors on an Opel Astra

Today, we will explain how to replace the injectors on the Opel Astra model J. Before starting the replacement, it is important to remove any diesel from the fuel rail and disconnect the negative terminal of the battery for safety. Remove the engine cover and detach the air filter box along with the air duct. Next, disconnect the injectors by pressing on the fastening clips. Using a socket wrench, unscrew the injectors. Replace the seals and before inserting the new injectors into their seats, lubricate them with grease. It is important to follow the torque specifications for each injector. Reconnect the electrical cables and mount the engine cover. Before that, reattach the air filter box and the air duct, and reconnect the negative terminal of the battery.
