Replacing the glow plug relay on an Opel Vivaro A is a simple task if you know where to look: the relay for the pre-heating system is located in the engine compartment, so to access it, you need to open the bonnet, locate the fuse and relay box on the left side of the engine compartment, under a protective cover.

Disconnect the relay connector by pressing the safety clip, then remove the old relay by pulling it out of its socket (it is usually just pushed in). Insert the new relay into the same position, ensuring it is secure, and reattach the connector clip, securing the safety clips.

You can find the new relay on Amazon with the code B0DKXBQ1CF for £38.78, with free delivery for Prime customers.

How to reset the AdBlue warning light on the Renault Trafic?

If the AdBlue warning light on the Renault Trafic remains on even after refilling with the additive, it is possible that a programming error has occurred in the AdBlue management unit: this unit is located inside the engine compartment and must be removed and disconnected to perform a diagnosis. The unit must then be connected to the appropriate diagnostic tool so that all stored errors can be reset correctly; after the reset, reinstall the unit, ensuring everything functions correctly.
