Replacing the glow plug relay on an Opel Vivaro A is simple and takes just a few minutes: the relay is located in the fuse/relay box in the engine compartment on the left side, under a protective cover. Open the fuse box in the engine compartment: look for the glow plug relay (usually marked or identifiable by colour or size); the exact map depends on the year, but the box is standardised. First, disconnect the electrical connector from the relay, insert the new relay in the same position (you can find it on eBay with the code 358204056475 for £64.90, with free delivery). Reinsert and secure the connector with the clip and you're done.
