Repairing Air Vent

Using a small flathead screwdriver, detach the frame around the air vent; then remove the horizontal slats and finally the entire vent. Disassemble the opening and closing wheel of the vent by releasing the corresponding spring.

Next, remove the internal flaps and cut the side pin that interferes with the wheel using small side cutters; reposition the flaps. Apply hot glue to the edge of the wheel support and reinstall it in the vent, checking the operation of the opening and closing mechanism.

Finally, reinsert the vent into the dashboard complete with frame and horizontal slats.
