When to replace the spark plugs on an Opel Adam?

According to the parent company, the replacement of the spark plugs, and consequently the entire service of the car, must be carried out every 15,000 kilometers, or every year, whichever occurs first. But if by chance you cannot or do not want to respect the indications of the parent company (behavior which I strongly advise against), the spark plugs are exhausted and consequently need to be replaced, when the engine starts to lose revs, it is difficult to keep the minimum, and yes you feel a drop in power; but as I have already said and now I repeat, I strongly advise against extending the interval between one service and the next, in the long run it can lead to serious mechanical problems for the car.
