Car Radiator Repair

Model: Vauxhall Astra Astra G - Years 1998-2006
Part: Radiator

To carry out this operation, open the bonnet of your car, ensuring that the engine is cold. The radiator cap should never be opened when the engine is hot. Once the cap is unscrewed, identify the hoses that carry the coolant to the engine and drain all the fluid from the system. Also, disconnect the connectors for the fans and the temperature sensor. This will allow you to detach the radiator by unscrewing the bolts that hold it to the chassis for removal. Using the same procedure in reverse, you can reassemble everything.

How to Remove the Dome Light in a Mercedes C-Class

In this video, see how to replace the bulb or LED in the dome light of a Mercedes C-Class. Using a screwdriver or plastic trim tool, pry between the dome light cover and its perimeter (without breaking the plastic), remove the grille from the dome light, and then take out the clear plastic cover. Replace the damaged bulb with a new one (same size and voltage). Reinstall the plastic cover in its housing (press it in with your hands until the tabs are fully secured). Test the light's proper functioning before reinstalling the piece.
