To be able to open the tailgate of the Opel Corsa D when it is locked, you have to access it from inside the passenger compartment. First of all, the rear seats must be folded down by pulling the levers located next to the headrests. Once the seats have been folded down, the tailgate latch can be accessed from the inside. In the lower part of the mechanism, there will be a button, which, if pressed, will allow you to unlock the tailgate and lift it. This is a temporary solution, in fact in these cases it is recommended to completely replace the entire locking mechanism.

How do I unlock the automatic transmission of the BMW 3 Series?
