Instructions for Removing the Third Brake Light

Model: Vauxhall Corsa Corsa C - Years 2000-2006

The third brake light is located at the top edge of the rear tailgate, just above the heated rear window; it is secured with clips. To remove it, pull the light itself to extract it from its housing and move it away enough to disconnect the power connector by gently lifting the retaining tab. To reinstall, connect the power plug ensuring the safety tab clicks into place and align the light's mounting clips with the corresponding holes on the tailgate edge, pressing to secure it.

If the central locking system of the Volkswagen Golf 4 is not working, it is likely necessary to reset the system: to do this, open the driver's door and detach the side panel of the dashboard next to the steering wheel.
