Vauxhall Meriva - Video tutorial

Model: Vauxhall Meriva Meriva A, MK 1 - Years 2003-2010
Part: Steering wheel
Operation: How do you remove the steering wheel of the Opel Meriva?

In order to remove the steering wheel of the Opel Meriva, you first need to loosen the screws that secure the central airbag from its rear side: these screws are located behind the horizontal spokes of the steering wheel. Once these screws have been loosened, it will be possible to remove the airbag from the center of the steering wheel and disconnect the connector located on its inner part. After the airbag has been completely removed, it will be possible to loosen the central nut that secures the steering wheel, completely detaching it from its column; finally, it will be possible to replace both the steering wheel and the airbag.

How to reset the service in the Opel Antara?

As we can see in this tutorial, resetting the service in the Opel Antara is an extremely simple and fast operation. Before proceeding, of course, we must have completed all the planned maintenance work. We start by inserting the key but leaving it in the initial position, after which we keep the accelerator pedal fully depressed and at the same time turn on the instrument panel, not the engine. At this point, we release the accelerator and press it 3 consecutive times, always all the way. We then restart the panel to verify that the procedure has been carried out correctly.
