In this video we see how to install a LED inside the cabin of the Opel Mokka, which can indicate when the car is performing a DPF regeneration. Two wires are passed through the panel, connecting the black and white wires that need to be stripped for the connection, and then go to the mirror. The door is detached for passage inside through the door connector. As you can see, it is not a difficult job, but it requires some time. This way we will know that the car is regenerating the diesel particulate filter and it is necessary to continue driving, or at least keep the car running until the operation is completed. This way the DPF will not clog up easily.
