As our youtuber suggests, to regenerate the filter, the best thing we can do is to continue driving at high revs at a speed of about 60 miles per hour or more, and keep it that way for about ten minutes along a highway, and this should turn off the warning light. In fact, as we see, the light went out after about eight minutes of driving in the described conditions, maintaining around 3,000 rpm, around 70 miles per hour. The light comes on because the DPF cannot regenerate in short city trips.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?
