To reset the Service light that appears on the instrument panel of the Opel Insignia, you will need to navigate through the menu inside the instrument panel, when it is turned on by turning the key in the appropriate slot. You will need to stop when you find the option for the remaining oil life and its percentage. To reset this to 100%, simply press and hold the SET/CLR button located at the end of the left lever. This will cause the display to start flashing until it returns to a solid state and the remaining life percentage is restored.
