To dismantle the engine of the Ossa Phantom 125, loosen the bolts securing the engine block to its housing. This will allow you to loosen the bolts fixing the cylinder at its top and remove it completely.

Now, the piston can also be detached from its conrod by removing the corresponding ring and pin. At this point, open the lower cover and remove all additional components inside; after replacing the necessary parts, you can reassemble the engine and secure it back in its place.
