Replace Variator Rollers on Peugeot Kisbee

In this video tutorial, you will learn how to dismantle and replace the rollers of the variator on a Peugeot Kisbee scooter. First, remove the bolts from the left-hand side cover using a socket spanner; this will give you access to the variator.

Next, insert the locking tool and unscrew the central bolt of the crankshaft to extract the fan and subsequently remove the variator; then, simply remove the rollers inside and replace them. Finally, reinsert the variator and the belt, then refit the fan and the cover!
