How to Replace the Rollers of a Peugeot Viva City Variator?

To replace the rollers of a Peugeot Viva City variator, first, remove the bolt located on the side footrest to access the bolt behind it. Next, remove all the bolts around the variator casing, as shown in the video. Then, slide off the cover and, while holding the first pulley in place, unscrew the pin at its centre.

This will allow you to extract the pulley, which can then be replaced with a new one. Once the replacement is done, reassemble the previously removed parts in reverse order.
