How do you replace the cranks on the Peugeot Citystar 125?

In order to replace the cranks on the Peugeot Citystar 125, it is necessary to completely detach the fairing located at the rear wheel, from the side of the crank that needs to be replaced: when the fairing has been removed, it will be possible to identify the pin that fixes the corresponding crank to its housing. It will be necessary to loosen the nut and remove the corresponding pin, so that the crank is removed, replacing it with a new one. Once this has been positioned and fixed, the side fairing will need to be reassembled.

How do you disassemble the engine of the TM Racing SMR 125?

In order to disassemble the engine of the TM Racing SMR 125 you must first of all remove it from its housing: to do this it will be necessary to unscrew the screws that secure the saddle and the side panels of the bike, removing them completely. Once these parts have been removed, it will be possible to unscrew the screws that secure the side casing containing the stator: this will then have to be removed and the additional screws that secure the motor to its housing will have to be unscrewed in turn. The engine can then be extracted from its seat and disassembled by unscrewing all the screws that fix the two crankcase halves that compose it, accessing all its internal components.
