To perform this simple operation, you need to remove the plastic part at the base of the window corresponding to the wing mirror. To do this, pull it to release the clips that hold it in place.

Next, undo the bolts that secure the wing mirror itself, and you will also need to disconnect the connector that powers the mirror's circuits. It is advisable to remove the door panel to do this.

Once done, you can then extract the wing mirror from the outside. Finally, retrace the steps to reassemble.
