In this video, we will see how to remove the battery from the hood of the Peugeot 5008 MK2: compared to other vehicles, it is not a complex operation, but rather laborious. First, we will have to remove the positive terminal, then with a T25 key, we will remove the bracket that holds the battery attached to the bodywork, after which we can also remove the negative terminal from its housing. There are some screws around the battery, four on the front, which we will remove with a 10 mm extension key. Once all the screws are removed, we will be able to slide the battery out of its housing and replace it with a new one.
