The youtuber has located the problem in the cap of the coolant tank, now cooked by extreme temperatures, and replaced it with a new one that is improved compared to the original.

We can find it for example on auto-doc. It has the code 37600, and it is from Febi Bilstein just like the one indicated by the youtuber. It costs 5.54 euros + 9.90 euros for shipping.

We top up the coolant and put the new cap in its place and we will no longer have problems.
