Peugeot 207 - Video tutorial
Model: Peugeot 207
MK 1
- Years 2006-2015 To replace the front shock absorbers, first of all it is necessary to have some tools such as the clamps to squeeze the spring and the extractor for disassembling the drive shaft from the hub; then start by loosening the central nut fixing the drive shaft to the hub before even removing the wheel and lifting the car; disconnect the cable guides, the connecting rod, the head of the suspension oscillating arm, extract the axle shaft and loosen the pin that fixes the shock absorber to the hub itself; at this point, lower the vehicle, remove the plastic cover under the windscreen to access the shock absorber dome and complete its disassembly; then use the clamps to squeeze the spring and remove the support from the shock absorber stem; we will proceed backwards to reassemble the new shock absorber.

How to reset the on-board computer of the Peugeot 208?Resetting the Peugeot 208's on-board computer, the system called SMEG, is very simple. We can do this in case the system shows signs of malfunction, freezes, or in any other case where a restart could solve the problem. To reboot, simply hold down the two keys located in the lower left corner of the computer at the same time. After a few seconds, the SMEG system display will switch off, the Peugeot logo will appear and the start-up procedure will start. We wait patiently for the restart to complete as it may take some time. by ScegliAuto More videos
