How does the cruise control and speed limiter work on the Peugeot 2008/3008/5008?

In this video, we will see how the cruise control/speed limiter works on the Peugeot 2008 (as well as the 3008 and 5008). The vehicle is equipped with a proximity radar that allows for speed memorization. The speed limiter is set using the lever located on the left side of the steering wheel by turning the dial to "limit," while the buttons on the sides allow us to set the desired speed, which will be displayed on the screen. By pressing the button located at the top of the lever, I can activate or pause the function. The cruise control works in the same way, but by turning the dial to "cruise." When this function is activated, we can use the upper button to set the distance we want to maintain from the vehicle in front of us, which will also be shown on the display. Consequently, the vehicle will maintain the distance we have set. By pressing the lower button twice, the vehicle will adhere to the speed limits indicated by road signs, accelerating or braking according to the road indications. Then, by pressing the button located on the left side of the steering wheel on the dashboard, we will activate the automatic driving: the steering wheel will follow the horizontal road markings, but only if we keep our hands on the wheel.
