Let's see how to update the maps on a Peugeot 2008 MK1: you should have downloaded the maps from the MyPeugeot website onto a USB stick formatted in FAT32, and the update must be the only file present on the USB. Insert the USB stick into the appropriate socket and start the engine; on the touch screen, press the "menu" button. Tap the "navigation" button, then "settings", and select "maps". A list of countries and regions will be displayed. Select or deselect the maps you wish to update (it is not mandatory to update them all), and once you have made your selection, press the "confirm" button. The operation will take about 20 minutes, during which you must keep the engine running: after a moment, you will be asked for the activation code (which was provided to you when you purchased the maps). A confirmation message will appear at the end.
