How to Replace the Poly-V Belt

Model: Peugeot 208 A9, MK 1 - Years 2012-2019

After placing the car on a lift or securing it on a flat surface, open the bonnet and secure it in position with the prop rod. Use a cover to protect the upper/front part of the vehicle from dirt and potential impacts. Locate the position of the timing belt, which in this case is found directly in front of the radiator, just behind the front grille of the car. Now, using a suitable tool, adjust the pulley that acts as the tensioner for the timing belt, allowing you to remove the belt from its position. Proceed to place the new belt in the same position as the old one, adjusting the tensioner to secure it in place. And that's it!
