How to Remove a Rear Light on a Peugeot 208

To remove the rear light on a Peugeot 208, start by opening the boot lid. On the inside, near the light, locate the access panel or side trim: gently pull it off. Inside, you will find two nuts or screws, usually 10 mm or Torx, so completely unscrew them. Now, go to the outside of the vehicle, grasp the light with both hands, and pull it straight out to disengage it from the locating pins. Avoid lateral movements to prevent breaking them. Once removed, disconnect the electrical connector. For reassembly, reconnect the plug, insert the light back into place, screw in the bolts, and close the internal trim.
