Let's see how to replace the wing mirror on a Peugeot 208 MK1: to do this, it is necessary to remove the internal door panel: the plastic piece above the panel (near the window) is secured with clips. Lever it off with a flat screwdriver and detach it. The door panel is secured with pressure clips, and once released, you can lift the panel to remove it completely.

Now you can see the electrical connectors of the mirror; detach them by pressing the safety tabs; remove the rubber cap covering the hole and the wires going to the mirror; remove the fixing nut that secures the mirror to the door and take it off. You should have found the new one on eBay with code 286195112182 at a price of £99.99, delivery included.

Proceed with the installation by inserting the wires, then slotting in the base, tightening the nut, reconnecting the wires, and repositioning the grommet; check the operation by testing the indicator and folding, and then reassemble the internal panel.
