Is the starter motor malfunctioning? Let's see how to remove it from a Peugeot 307. Open the engine bay, disconnect the battery terminals for safety. Use a socket to undo the securing bolts of the starter motor, disconnect the power supply terminals of the starter motor using pliers or a screwdriver depending on the pressure of the clips, and remove it from the engine bay. Fit the new starter motor in the engine bay, connecting the power cables and the accompanying securing screws. Start the vehicle and test the operation of the starter motor.
