Dismantling Steering Wheel Airbag on Peugeot 407

Before proceeding to dismantle the steering wheel, lift the car's bonnet and disconnect the battery: to do this, remove the cover and first disconnect the negative terminal, followed by the positive. To extract the steering wheel and airbag, you need to rotate it until the rear hole is in a good position to insert a flat screwdriver or a long T30 Torx, which you will use to apply pressure on the rear latch. At the same time, slightly press the steering wheel airbag, and it will come out of its housing. Disconnect the connectors, and you're done.
