Learn how to replace the passenger airbag in a Peugeot Partner (also applicable to the Citroen Berlingo), located on the dashboard above the passenger glove compartment, which you will need to remove. When working around airbags, it is essential to disconnect the negative battery cable, then wait at least 15-20 minutes to allow the capacitors to discharge completely. Then you can proceed: the glove compartment has two plastic pins acting as hinges; remove them from their housing using a flat screwdriver. Behind the glove compartment, you will find the airbag support panel, secured with 4 screws of 10 mm, which you will remove. Disconnect the power connector (do so carefully) and remove the airbag: lift and remove the part that physically contains the airbag; it is usually held in place by a clip. Once the module is extracted, disconnect the last connector and replace it with the new one.
