In this video tutorial, you will learn how to remove the gear knob and its gaiter on the Peugeot 307, as well as on the first series Citroen C3 and most models from the PSA group. First, get into the vehicle and pull upwards firmly on the gear knob to detach it; then unclip the gaiter from the sides and remove the entire assembly, as shown in the video. At this point, separate the gaiter and gear knob by cutting the tie; then reassemble the knob and gaiter, securing them properly without leaving any play between the knob and lever!
