How to Remove the Air Vent Trim from a Peugeot 307

Model: Peugeot 307 MK 1 - Years 2001-2009

Start by removing the cup holder from the centre panel, revealing the screws that secure the dashboard, which you will unscrew with a Torx T20. Next, remove the glove compartment located beneath the radio by simply unclipping it from its housing. Once done, you can remove the centre dashboard, giving you space to take off the air vent trim. Proceed to unscrew and remove the lower screws of the trim that you have just uncovered with a Torx T20. Next, remove the radio using the specific extraction tools and pulling, then disconnect the two connectors located at the back of the radio. At this point, using a thin but sturdy tool, unclip and disconnect the upper side buttons. After removing them, you will uncover the last two screws securing the trim, which also need to be removed. Once these screws are out, you can take off the trim and disconnect the rear connectors. This completes the disassembly successfully.
