In today's video we will see the main steps to be able to remove and replace the entire clutch unit on the Peugeot 307 first series, with a 1.6 petrol engine. First of all we lift the car and start by removing the front wheels; after which we remove both wheel arches, removing the clips. At this point we proceed with draining the engine oil, then moving on to the disassembly of the front axle shaft, as shown in the video. Now let's disassemble our starter motor, unscrewing the screws and disconnecting the connector; let's move to the engine compartment to remove the battery. We unscrew all the screws of the gearbox to access the clutch, following the video to the end for replacement!
