In today's video, we will see the main steps to disassemble and replace the entire clutch assembly on the first series Peugeot 307 with a 1.6 petrol engine. First, lift the vehicle and start by removing the front wheels; then remove both wheel arch liners by taking out the clips. At this point, drain the engine oil, then proceed to disassemble the front driveshaft as shown in the video. Now remove the starter motor by unscrewing the screws and disconnecting the connector; move to the engine bay to remove the battery. Unscrew all the screws of the gearbox casing to access the clutch, following the video until the end for the replacement!
