When the cigarette lighter socket of the Peugeot 508 stops working, it is necessary to replace the fuse related to its operation to solve the issue. On this type of vehicle, the fuse is located inside the fuse box located inside the passenger side glove compartment. To replace the fuse, we need to open the glove compartment and then the cover of the box located on the side. Using a pair of pliers, we remove the 15 Ampere blue-colored fuse and insert a new fuse with the same amperage. We close the box and test the operation of the socket.
