Today's main instructions will show you how to disassemble and replace the belt, variator, and rollers on the Piaggio Liberty 125 scooter. First, place the scooter on the centre stand and start unscrewing the fixing screws located on the side of the clutch cover; then unscrew the nut of the fan to remove it, disconnecting the drive belt and subsequently removing the variator, as illustrated in the video.

At this point, remove and replace the rollers or the entire variator if necessary; also replace the drive belt, following the video tutorial to the end!
