Today's main instructions will show us how to disassemble and replace the belt, the variator, and the rollers of the Piaggio Liberty 125 scooter. First, we put the scooter on the center stand and start unscrewing the fixing screws found on the side of the clutch cover; then we unscrew the fan nut to remove it, disconnect the transmission belt, and then remove the variator, as shown in the video. At this point, we remove and replace the rollers or the entire variator if necessary; we also replace the transmission belt, following the video tutorial until the end!
