To replace the speedometer cable of the Piaggio Zip, we must first dismantle or move the windshield to access the back of the dashboard and disconnect the cable attachment. We move or cut the cable in the fork area on the wheel side to free it; if the cable is stuck, push it from the wheel side to move it upwards using pliers or wire. Lubricate the new cable and its sheath with grease to facilitate its sliding. Insert the new cable from the wheel side pushing the sheath until it reaches the hole. Once inserted, connect the cable to the instrument panel ensuring that the locking tab is securely attached, complete the replacement procedure by mounting the windshield.

In order to adjust the headlights of the Kymco Xciting S 400i, you need to completely remove the panel that is located under the front headlight and on the top of the front fork. Once this panel has been removed, you will be able to locate the bolts underneath that allow you to adjust the angle of the headlight. By tightening this bolt, you will notice that the beam of light from the headlight will rise; conversely, by loosening the bolt, you will notice that the beam will lower. Once the adjustment is complete, you can reinsert the panel.
