To replace the speedometer cable on a Piaggio Zip, open the glove compartment located under the dashboard; by opening it and loosening the screws inside, you can completely remove the drawer and the surrounding trim panels. This will allow you to locate the speedometer cable connected behind the instrument cluster; by disconnecting this end, you can then disconnect the other end connected directly to the wheel, enabling you to insert the new cable.
