As usual, before starting the maintenance operation, place the scooter in a stable and secure position to work on it. After removing the mudguard protection (located near the pedals on the left side of the scooter), proceed to remove the actual belt. Unscrew the variator bolt using the appropriate spanner, and remove the pieces one by one until you reach the fixed pin. At this point, replace the old belt with the new one and reassemble the variator and other accessory parts. To secure the variator properly, tighten the bolt with the spanner while simultaneously blocking its rotation using a screwdriver (as shown in the images).
