In this tutorial, you will learn how to remove and replace the variator assembly on the Piaggio Ciao, Bravo, and Si. First, place the central stand and begin by removing the plastic cover of the variator and belt by unscrewing the securing screws (using a flat screwdriver). Then, tap on the collar of the central nut of the bell to open it, as shown in the video. At this point, unscrew the central nut to remove the variator, replacing it with the new one. Finally, reassemble everything by applying the reverse procedure!
