In this brief and simple guide, you will find instructions to remove and replace the battery of the Piaggio MP3 500 scooter. First, place your scooter on the centre stand and open the seat.

Next, unscrew the screws securing the battery cover to gain access, as shown in the video. At this point, disconnect both battery terminals (positive and negative) to remove it and replace it with a new one of the same amperage.

Refit the battery and connect the electrical terminals, then reattach the cover!
