To replace the belt on the Piaggio Ciao, loosen the screws securing the protective panel on the side of the bike, located between the seat and the rear wheel. Under this panel, you will find the variator and the clutch, around which the belt is located: by loosening the central nuts of both components, you can slide the belt out of its housing and replace it with a new spare part.

After replacement, reinsert the clutch and the variator, covering everything with the panel and ensuring that it all functions correctly.
