To replace the front shock absorber on a Piaggio Vespa PX 125, loosen the nuts that secure the pin located at the bottom of the shock absorber, near the wheel. Once these nuts are loosened, you can remove the pin from its seat completely.

Next, loosen the nuts that secure the upper plate located inside the mudguard; this will allow the shock absorber to be fully extracted from its housing, enabling you to insert a new replacement part.
