How to replace the engine oil in the Piaggio MP3 scooter?

Replacing the engine oil in the Piaggio MP3 scooter, as we can see in this tutorial, is an extremely simple and fast operation. First of all, make sure that the engine is cool enough to operate safely, then place a container underneath it, locate the drain hole cap, and unscrew it with a 17mm socket wrench. Then, remove the secondary filter, clean it from any dirt residue, and let all the oil in the system drain out. At this point, we can unscrew the old filter, tighten the replacement together with the bolt, and pour in the new oil.

Today we will see, in this short and simple guide, how to replace the transmission oil of the Piaggio Vespa Px 125, but also of the Lml Star 125 2-stroke. First of all we put the central stand and we start to unscrew the oil vent bolt of the transmission, which we find on the right side casing; to do this we use a 10 mm socket wrench, letting the oil drain in a container for about ten minutes. At this point we unscrew the filler screw, in order to let the oil flow more quickly; then we finally top up, following the video to the end!
