For this operation, you need a replacement battery of type 2450 and a small flathead screwdriver. First, extract the emergency key by pressing the designated button, then unlock the rear door by inserting the screwdriver tip into the indicated slots and prying it open.

Once the remote is open, remove the old battery, insert the new one, and reassemble everything in reverse order.
