When the remote control of the RAM 2500 stops working, it means that it needs to be reprogrammed. This can happen when replacing the vehicle's battery or when the remote control's battery is low. To reprogram the key and access the vehicle, we must remove the emergency metal key from inside the remote control and then insert it into the lock. Once the key is inserted into the lock, we rotate the key to the right 10 times and to the left 10 times, then remove the key and press the opening and closing button on the remote control three times in a row.
